New Hires
Just got hired? Here are the next steps.
You will be receiving an email from our hiring platform, Decisely (be sure to check your Junk/Spam folder). The email will have a clickable link that will allow you to create an account in Decisely and fill out your new hire forms online, including signing the handbook. You will also be asked your uniform size information. If you are averaging more than 20 hours a week you will receive 2 uniforms. The only thing you need to provide is restaurant-grade, black non-slip shoes and a black belt.
Expectations for your new job.
- Please be on time. There is a 3 minute grace period, after that you are considered late.
- Maintain a positive attitude. There are times we are extremely busy, but it's important to stay calm and stay positive.
- Be a Team player. Working together makes it easier for everyone.
Apps you will need to download.
You will need to download three apps on your phone - Hot Schedules (HS Team), GroupMe and Pathway, via CFAhome. You will receive an email with your CFAhome login details.
You will receive an email from Hot Schedules with a user name/temporary password (check your Spam/Junk folder). You will need to set your availability in Hot Schedules so our Managers know when you're available to be scheduled.
GroupMe is a texting app that allows us to communicate important information out to the team and allows the team to communicate directly with Managers. After downloading the app, ask a Manager to add you to our Group.
Pathway is our online training platform that gives you full access to all training modules in the restaurant. You will need your CFA login and password to access Pathway.
